**Farmhand Position Available at Kaloomah**

Kaloomah, a 932-hectare property located in north central Victoria, postcode 3719, is equipped with reliable new machinery and stock working facilities. We're looking for someone who’s eager to develop their skills and grow within our cattle farming operation.

**The Role**

You’ll be key to keeping our farm running smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

- General farm duties
- Livestock care, focusing on cattle health and welfare
- Overseeing feeding and stock movements
- Maintenance and minor repairs of machinery and equipment
- Diligent and efficient operation of farm machinery during busy periods

**Qualifications & Experience**

We’re looking for someone with at least two years of farm experience in a similar role who can work independently and as part of our team. To be considered, you should have:

- Two years of experience in a farming enterprise
- A current Driver’s License
- Strong skills in operating a range of farm machinery
- A solid work ethic with good time management
- Good communication skills and basic computer literacy
- A strong commitment to attendance and punctuality
- The ability to follow protocols and adhere to safety standards
- A Heavy Rigid truck license is preferred but not essential for the right candidate

**Additional Details**

The position is set to start in late October or early November, with a temporary trial period before signing a full contract. An impressive remuneration package is on offer, which will be discussed at the interview stage.
