ACTIVES: 800g/kg AMMONIUM SULPHATE & 150g/kg Carboxylic Acid Adjuvant for use with glyphosate products as a Water softener, Acidifier, Penetrant, Wetting Agent Blender 950 Adjuvant should be used with non-selective herbicides only, as with some selective herbicides use may result in loss of selectivity and therefore crop damage. Blender will help performance of glyphosate by: Acidifying spray water Blender reduces the effects of alkaline hydrolysi. ie. Breakdown of the glyphosate herbicide in the presence of alkaline water. Increasing spray droplet spread. Blender will lower the surface tension of the spray water. Softening the spray water Blender will reduce the effects of hard water ie. water that contains high levels of free calcium and magnesium ions that cause tie-up of the glyphosate herbicide. Increasing leaf penetration. Blender dissolves the waxy cuticular layer on the leaf surface thereby allowing faster and more thorough entry of the glyphosate into the plant tissue.
