Kelpie Pup - Female- 5 months old

I have a Kelpie pup - female - black & tan to sell. She is 5 months old (on 31/05) - has had first lot of vacc's - is not de-sexed yet. I have only had her a couple of weeks after buying her from my niece who had to escape/flee a DV relationship and couldn't take Bella with her & needed the funds to get away. She is already showing signs of being a solid working dog with appropriate training. I have an older dog (with medical issues) who is not coping at all with a puppy and we live in suburban home with a moderate backyard space & I work full-time. View 1pm-4pm (Sat-Sun) or after 5pm (M-F) and Bella is available from 01st June 2019 (or by arrangement). Will need to be picked up from our home in Adelaide SA. Looking for a home in a rural farm environment only - Bella needs company & guidance from older trained working dogs and large spaces to run on. Do not want to surrender her to RSPCA or the like - would prefer to place her with an appropriate family/farm for her well-being. Thank you!
