Sale is offered on an all inclusive basis of all relevant plant and equipment for relocation.
The chaff cutter itself built in 2007 was built to modern day standards and technology in an expansive factory layout with has been well maintained and provided extremely reliable service.
Key components throughout are electric variable speed drives allowing the ability to constantly vary speed and reverse if necessary the various elevators and belt feeds in the system, hustler chain less round bale teasers, stainless steel steam tunnel, upgraded cutter head and 5 blade wheel. Upgraded roller bearings and in feed rollers. Dickens engineering double riddle, Twin bulk bagging bin and Dickens engineering twin bagger.
The machine also has e stop emergency shut down points at each work station.

Maxitherm 200kw diesel fired boiler with 2000 litre fuel tank, water conditioning equipment
2x Hustler chainless round bale teasers and hyd power pack with operators station
1x Dickens Engineering 3x3 big bale teaser and teaser platform with hyd power pack (currently not used and needs some repairs).
1x 3x4/4x4 big bale teaser and feeder platform with electric motors and variable speed drives.
