The Flip Screen EX-130 Excavator Screening Bucket is ideal for the Screening of harsh material in industries such as earthmoving, demolition, mining, recycling, steel foundries, and stone quarries.
The EX-130 Flip Screen Bucket is suitable for 25-35 tonne excavators and comes complete with four high tensile steel heavy duty interchangeable screens.
The unit has been engineered for extreme robustness, with double-sized veins, thicker wall plates, heavy stiffer deflector plates, tougher baffle supports, a baffle impact plate and arm and drain plug protectors.
With a 73 square feet screening surface area with two high quality, high capacity motors generating maximum torque and a screening capacity of 1.3 cubic meters makes the EX-130 Flip Screen Bucket super productive. Changing the mesh size to produce another grade of product takes only a few minutes with no tools and is a one person job. The super high tensile mesh screens ranges in size from 20mm - 100mm and can be changed in under 5 minutes. The EX-130 Flip Screen Excavator Bucket's smooth action also ensures there is no jarring or vibrating, dramatically increasing the life of you excavator.
