Complete operational Pellet Mill. Can produce 4 tonne of pellets per hour but averages about 3 tonne. Has a 22 cubic metre primary ribbon mixer with a variable drive 70hp electric motor. Complete with weighing scales. Feeding into a screw elevator which takes the product up to a 24 inch hammer mill with a 5mm screen driven by approx 70hp electric motor. The product is sucked through by a self-cleaning dust collector and then conveyed through screw augers to the secondary ribbon mixer. The secondary ribbon mixer feeds a stainless steel variable drive steamed auger feeding the California brand pellet mill with approx 60hp electric motor. The pellet mill press can have 120hp electric motor on it if required. It has 5mm and 9mm dies with a spare 5mm die (new). The produced pellets travel up a belt conveyor into a Floveyor elevator into a cooling tower. There is a stainless steel blower driven by approx 50hp electric mower.This process is to cool the pellets for storage. The stainless steel blower is connected to a cyclone dust separator.
