Description
The BatchMAX series dryer is a containerised, transportable stirring batch dryer able to be moved (on a trailer) from field to field or property to property. With medium temperatures and adjustable airflow, a gentle drying process is ensured across all products. The continuous mixing of product ensures a more even process than conventional flat bottom batch dryers. With variable airflow, temperature and stirrers the BatchMAX will dry products at different batch level depths.
8 cubic Metres, drying capacity 2% per hour
It has a Riello 34 burner fitted with a heat exchanger which makes it suitable for organic growers.
The most asked question is how to unload it. The best way is to have a small body truck which can tip. There is a small hatch to feed out slowly into an auger, or you can open the whole back door for dumping into a shed, pit, or pile.
Ex-factory, no warranty given but it will leave here fully tested and functioning.
