Description
2001 Grain Indent Separator.
Has not had a lot of use.
Separates:
Wheat from (long grain) barley-vice versa.
Grass seeds from wheat barley.
Pods from lupins/ vetch.
Canola from straw/chaff/snails.
Triticale/ rye from white heads.
Lentils from larger foreign materials Etc.
Combined with a wind/air machine and or screen this can clean seed like a seed grader.
Machine details:
Driven by a 34 hp air cooled diesel lister motor. Belt driven and with it’s own Hydraulics.
Feed auger slides into a field bin or under a truck. Two augers feed the grain up to a rotating disc that divides the grain evenly into the 6 indents. A hydraulic auger at the back of the machine delivers the separations into 2 hoppers for 2 augers.
The machine is transported on a registered duel axle trailer.
Capacity 6-25 tonne per hour depending on grain you are cleaning.
Very easy to operate- adjustments to engine rpm’s and by changing the angle of the machine while the machine is running.
