Description
Giltrap silage feed out cart that I converted to feeding out large square bales by installing a gate on the side so a bale can be gently placed inside the cart. I’ve been using this for around 10 years to feed approximately 100-150 bales a year and it works quite well but I’ve just purchased a pa-mick bale feeder so I can feed rounds at the same time. It should still be able to feed silage again but might need a sheet of tin on the side gate. Condition is generally good but the sprockets driving the front chain are wearing down but are still working fine. A cheap square bale feeder for someone wh isn’t feeding a huge amount of bales a year
