Shed frame (structural steel only - no purlins, sheeting etc). Was taken down from a block being redeveloped in Cairns. Plan was to erect elsewhere but business focus has changed and now surplus to requirements.
• Approx. 37m x 26.4m x 8m clear space inside
• Dismantled prior to redevelopment of land.
• Shed was erected in Cairns (cyclonic zone).
• Rafters blasted and primed.
• Columns, girts and braces as-is. Require some work, as well and blast & coating.
• Bolts
• Footings were not all level in previous installation (approx. 350mm difference)
• See table in photos for sizes, dimensions and approximate lengths.
• Erected photo identifies component locations and approximate dimensions.
• Rafters currently located Proserpine (can arrange freight back up to Cairns 1 x trailer load at buyers’ expense).
• All other materials located Cairns.
