Description
28 Plate offset disc. Towner Armstrong. A good solid serviceable offset disc. Will take 26 Inch plates. Has had original wheels and hubs replaced with larger ones, Could do with minor tidy up. Make excellent unit for fire breaks. Being sold AS IS .
