At Chandler AgriBusiness, we also have a large pool of seasoned packing shed line workers who have vast experience in picking and packing our client's crops. We also invest in skill development and training of our new recruits under knowledgeable crew bosses to ensure that they know how to pick and pack quality crops.

We invest heavily in skill development and training of our new recruits under knowledgeable crew bosses who ensure that they know how to plow, seed, plant, snip, pluck, hack, haul, pick and pack growers' crops; including the use of a variety of machinery such as tractors and electric trimmers to perform their farm tasks.

This means that our employer clients are assured that their labour hire partner Chandler Agribusiness is fully compliant.

In fact, we have our own internal compliance unit that monitors all facets of compliances to identify and rectify any non-compliant findings.
