A breath of fresh airThe feedback has been that most Agricultural companies are below par with their service offering. So, we love calling out the ones that offer great service.

I had a call earlier today from Amie Lange, who is with Mobble, which is a Livestock Farm Management Software business founded by Jock Lawrence. Amie rang because my yearly Mobble subscription is about to be direct debited from my bank account. She wanted to alert me of that and to ask if everything was going alright with the app.

Most companies would be too scared to ring and ask how things were going for fear of negative feedback and, in turn, the risk of losing a subscriber. Many subscribe to the theory that no feedback is good feedback. These guys are on the front foot by asking if the customer has an issue so they can keep improving their product. This is such a breath of fresh air and is something we can all learn from.

Farmers have a dislike for subscriptions (I know, haha), so doing subscriptions is one of the hardest ways to earn a crust in Ag. I only use Mobble for the rain gauge, as we have young Jake agisting his Sheep on our small Farm. So, I subscribe because I know how important it is for these businesses to do well, and I want to support those who do the service offering well. So thank you, Amie, for the call, and well done, Mobble; it’s just a great experience. Reply to dwaind@farmtender.com.au
