Back Picker is a culmination of experiences living, travelling and working in 4 states ( Vic, NT, QLD, WA ) across many industries ( Construction, Mining and Farming ).

Growing up in Robinvale and playing football with many farmers and business owners allowed me to understand that a shortage of labour was a universal problem. Working beside migrant and travelling workers allowed me to realise that there was a problem with the way workers searched for employment.  

Although we have many ideas on how Back Picker should function we will work closely with our users to develop a product that will set a new industry standard.

• Return detailed feedback on any improvements we can make
• Respect each other and conduct ethical business practices
• We will use your feedback for future updates
• All information & data received by users will not be shared with anyone only be used to improve our services
