There is currently alot of Canola Hay being cut through the South East of the Country. There are a few myths out there but Canola Hay done right can be top notch Hay, right up there with Vetch.
2 Key points:
1) You need to cut it at the right time, when there is still leaf matter there and around six to eight centimetres of flowers
2) Makes sure you condition the Hay properly with a Super Conditioner or Macerator
