“Yarunga Station and Fontainebleau are outstanding properties, well developed for both broad hectare and grazing enterprises given their high arable percentage and excellent livestock handling infrastructure,” Mr McCulloch said.

“The properties comprise a complementary mix of high quality soil types and have historically been used for cropping purposes with cereal, oilseed, legume and pasture crops planted.”

He added: “The aggregation provides flexibility as it can be sold as a single holding or divested as two individual property sales”.

Yarunga Station and Fontainebleau feature excellent structural improvements, including two dwellings and extensive rural infrastructure such as grain shedding, bunkers, silo storage, multiple hay sheds, storage sheds, workshop, cattle yards, shearing shed and yards. In addition, Yarunga Station features a 16-pen feed pad, which is utilised as part of a heifer rearing enterprise.

Yarunga Station and Fontainebleau are being offered for sale via Expression of Interest and are expected to receive strong interest from both local farmers and corporate investors.
