We'll set fire to billions - I'm worried right now. Worried for our country in that we might waste billions of dollars on something that will probably not work.

I am talking about Renewable Energy (RE). Yes, some forms of RE have their place, and it's something that can coexist with our current system, but as the lone wolf, I just think we might get to a point where we know it's not going to work. And I also think it will only have a minimal net benefit for the government's proposed net-zero claims. I won't call it a Ponzi scheme, but I can't see where the return on this massive investment is.

And I don't think governments or the members of the public that support this have any idea about the consequences to businesses and the current lifestyle we live.

Everyone expects when they go to the bedroom at night that when they flick the light switch, the light comes on. This is a basic right we all should have in 2023, and we are messing with that. Where do you sit on the Renewable Energy debate? Reply to dwaind@farmtender.com.au
