Export Trading Group Australia (ETGA) is pleased to confirm the acquisition of Wimpak, a grain receiving, cleaning and container packing site at Minyip, in Victoria.

Country Manager for ETGA Shayne Clark and General Manager for Wimpak James French confirmed the purchase today, with ETGA's intended commencement effective on the 1st of September 2019.

ETGA took the opportunity to acquire the highly attractive Wimpak asset as a strategic complement to its well-established trading operations in Australia.

WIMPAK P/L was formed in Minyip in 1998 by a small group of local farmers and investors, looking to add value to locally produced commodities. Their vision for the Company was to build a local grain packing and cleaning facility within the region, specializing in pulse type grains.
