POSITION DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBLE TO:       Chief Executive Officer, Dwain Duxson

1. What is Farm Tender

Farm Tender is an online buying a selling marketplace for Farmers and Associated Agricultural Businesses. See the website here www.farmtender.com.au 

2. Primary Objectives

• Helping current and new Farm Tender members facilitate the buying and selling of Farm stuff
• Working with a team of established Sales/Account Managers
• Have good internet connectivity and mobile phone service (a non-negotiable)
• The ability to think on your feet and work at a fast pace
• A good follow up mentality and A1 Customer Service mindset
• Be a team player who can work closely with colleagues to get the desired result.
• Have a reasonable understanding of Agriculture (not essential though)
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
• The opportunity to work with a fast-growing Agricultural business
• Have a passion for sales and helping others
  

3. Conditions of Employment  

• Full time 8 am to 5 pm
• Work from home or remote
  
• Wage and commission
• All positions are subject to a probationary period of six (6) months.
• Reporting and working with Farm Tender CEO Dwain Duxson

4. Contribute to the success of Farm Tender by:

• Assisting with the establishment and ongoing development of the Farm Tender Members network
• Contributing to the achievement of the goals and overall objectives of Farm Tender
